The ball is made from aluminum alloy 5mm -15mm thick. A toughened camera glass is used, 5mm thick. This enables the camera to resist impact from stones and other flying objects. The wiper is an extra benefit when used outdoors. The camera can be used  for high security environments like vehicle tracking, prison, navy, military, nuclear plants, seafronts, harbors, marine, embassy, police vehicles, armored vehicles, airports, high crime area, government research labs and so on. The stepper provides accurate positioning, 0.05°. The unit has auto scanning mode, preset tour and user preset positions. The power on state is user configurable through inbuilt menu.
